SPARKLING CITY

Situated in the core of the Shengfu Area, the project occupies the golden development belt along the Olympic Central Axis. With residential functions as its core, the district integrates commercial office, culture, education, sports, public services, and ecological medical care, forming a comprehensive livable environment. Centered on the design concept of "Diamond of the City, Heart of the Forest," the project merges the radiant texture of modern urban life with the natural ambiance of a forest. The “radiant diamond” symbolizes the luxury and sophistication of urban living, while the “heart of the forest” represents the spiritual belonging of natural ecology. These elements echo one another, endowing the space with dual values: urban prosperity and natural tranquility.

Green serves as the dominant tone of the space, combined with natural light and refined craftsmanship to create a relaxed aesthetic environment. Green vegetation, natural materials, and sculpted water features echo one another, constructing an immersive “green realm.” Residents can feel the freshness and calm of nature, achieving physical and mental relaxation.

The project follows a “One Axis and Five Gardens” landscape framework, covering five landscape nodes: a resort-style hotel entrance, overhanging corridor water courtyard, immersive forest lounge, Cullinan Valley Club, and Elf Treasure Hunt Park. Each node functions as a spiritual retreat, helping residents reconnect with nature and enriching daily scenarios.

The diamond-themed IP extends to the sunken courtyard. Through spatial outlines and artistic sculptures, residents interact with diamond elements, evoking emotional resonance. Metallic accents shine under shifting light, adding a vibrant sense of sophistication. When sunlight filters through the greenery, dappled shadows fall on liquid-marble countertops, elevating everyday moments into artistic expressions and showcasing refined elegance.

As seasons change—from spring’s vitality to summer’s lushness, autumn foliage, and winter snow—nature’s rhythm aligns with daily life. The harmony between people and nature becomes a cherished memory, allowing the environment to transcend a mere residential setting and become a spiritual vessel for living emotions.
