Luxury and warmth blossom in life

This project involves the design of a luxury residential building with a total interior area of ​​200 square meters. Considering the owner's emphasis on elegant design for a high-end residence, the design team not only met basic living needs but also strived to create an elegant and refined living space, ensuring the owner feels comfortable and at ease every time they return home.



The core of this design lies in creating diverse spatial functions, showcasing its grand scale and high-end quality, while meeting the personalized needs of each resident.



The owner's preference for natural materials and unique artistic taste inspired the designers to incorporate natural elements such as marble and natural wood textures, as well as the craftsmanship of ironwork in the public areas. The design uses warm tones as a base, complemented by gray accents, giving the living space a refined and understated charm.



Furthermore, in terms of practicality, the designers meticulously designed the lighting and intelligent control systems. The use of high-tech and easy-to-clean surface materials further enhances the owner's quality of life.



Moreover, the balcony features natural landscaping, creating a rare high-altitude scenic balcony in the city.



Finally, in the common areas, the designer integrated the living room, dining room, kitchen, and study into a unified space, employing an open layout and permeable materials to create a spacious and comfortable environment that fosters interaction and a sense of belonging among family members. The clever arrangement of various lighting fixtures and artworks not only provides residents with ample space to move around but also enhances their comfort and overall living experience. This also reflects the homeowner's personal taste for understated luxury and elegance.
