Leveraging high-energy plasma technology, it excites gases into active particles to efficiently decontaminate, activate, and modify material surfaces, resulting in significantly enhanced adhesion and cleanliness. The high-speed rotary design of the nozzle outlet is the core innovation, fundamentally overcoming the challenges of uneven treatment and localized over-cleaning inherent in traditional fixed nozzles. This mechanism effectively ensures exceptional activation uniformity on complex or large-area workpieces, dramatically boosting processing efficiency and reducing treatment time.

The nozzle utilizes a modular quick-connect design, enabling "plug-and-play" functionality. This significantly streamlines installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance, thereby lowering the user threshold and minimizing equipment downtime. The slotted front duct design effectively boosts the enclosure's heat dissipation. Concurrently, the innovative hollow rotary motor structure minimizes the overall device volume while saving space, resulting in a system with a compact and highly efficient layout.
