This project is a pop-up experience campaign themed around "cultural tourism + finance," designed to bring traditional culture into modern life through immersive activities such as intangible cultural heritage (ICH) handicrafts and traditional food experiences. Centered on the IP character "Xingfulong" from Industrial Bank, the campaign connects the local cultural scenes of three historic cities, demonstrating an innovative approach where finance empowers cultural heritage.
The design is approachable and family-friendly, emphasizing harmonious integration with the surrounding environment. The pop-up sites are located in historic and cultural districts, where the design thoughtfully respects and complements the nearby ancient architecture, landscapes, and cultural atmosphere. Transparent, semi-transparent, and mirrored materials are used to create a seamless blend between modern displays and historic streetscapes.
The experience is built around the "Fu Workshop," with each city featuring its own local ICH activities. Visitors engage through multi-sensory interactions—seeing, hearing, playing, smelling, touching, and tasting—to deeply experience the charm of traditional culture. The design team worked closely with the client to carefully select ICH inheritors and program content, ensuring both quality and cultural authenticity.
Environmental sustainability is a core principle of the project. All display components are modular and can be flexibly rearranged according to different site conditions. After the three-city tour, they are repurposed for use in the bank’s offices and branches, promoting reuse and minimizing waste.
This campaign not only successfully communicates Industrial Bank’s "Green Bank" brand proposition but also reflects the social responsibility of financial institutions in supporting cultural revitalization. Through ICH experiences and sustainable design, we integrate cultural heritage into everyday life, inspiring public appreciation and love for tradition.
