This project is a single-level residence for mature residents, with an interior area of approximately 165 square meters.

Within its expansive scale, the design distills life's purity and elegance. An understated American aesthetic forms the framework, while apricot and cream tones infuse a feminine, delicate sensibility. The public zone breaks free from the constraints of a closed kitchen and long corridor, allowing the living, dining, and kitchen areas to flow seamlessly. Upon entry, leaf-patterned wallpaper adorns the shoe bench's back wall. Behind glass doors lies a majestic island counter integrated with a stone-slab dining table. The backsplash features stone-textured thin panels, echoing the sliding door design leading to the utility balcony. An arched niche incorporates linear lighting and floral tile accents, lending the space a refined and luxurious aura.

To address privacy needs while maximizing natural light from the courtyard, white wooden blinds are installed. Adjusting the slats allows light to cast layered patterns of shadow and texture. Wooden moldings on the ceiling conceal uneven beam heights while enhancing spatial fluidity. Entering the private zone, the headboard panel continues this molding theme to elevate visual depth, subtly echoing cabinet door designs.

The master bedroom undergoes a bold reconfiguration, transforming awkward corners into a walk-in closet and dressing area, achieving visual extension. Functional integration is a meticulously planned layout. The dimensions of the woodwork facades are carefully calculated to create orderly lines and distinct layers. For example, display shelves installed in the long corridor transform the hallway into an exquisite focal point that invites the eye to linger. The guest bathroom incorporates laundry functionality, with large mirror surfaces creating an illusion of expanded space. The master bathroom and children's bathroom feature patterned tiles, exuding a sense of grandeur.
