Guided by the concept of "Creative artwork with outstanding cross-cultural influence", the 2026 Fujian Culture Calendar deeply integrates Fujian's intangible cultural heritage with modern design language, promoting cultural communication with a youthful narrative. Grounded in ByTheBy's brand DNA of healing and adorable appeal, the calendar aims to provide "monthly companionship", creating a cultural carrier tailored for Generation Z and striking a balance between tradition and modernity.

Every month is themed around a Fujian cultural symbol, ranging from Putian lanterns and cut porcelain carving to puppetry and parade of the gods. Original, vivid characters and symbolic visual language, rather than traditional documentary techniques, are utilized to create a narrative style with universal resonance. For instance, traditional She ethnic cultural elements are combined with modern artist Henri Matisse's work Dance, forming a playful dialogue across time and space while reflecting the innovative fusion of tradition and modernity.

The color palette is derived from local natural landscapes, featuring a series of "Fujian Colors" such as Fuchuan (a "lucky" ship) indigo, Tulou rammed-earth yellow, coral tree flower red, and Xunpu orange. These regional colors deliver a strong visual impact through modern bold combinations, instantly catching the viewers' attention.

The calendar makes profound culture accessible to the younger generation through a daily companionship-style narrative, blending aesthetic value with practical functionality. It not only adds a sense of ritual to daily life but also boosts the international dissemination of Fujian culture through innovative expression. This highlights the empowering role of design in the contemporary translation of traditional culture while ensuring lasting industry influence and cultural value.
