Zero Gravity fabric is engineered by combining bio-based PTT yarn, featuring a unique helical structure, with cross-sectional quick-dry yarn through a side-by-side spinning process. Upon heat treatment, the yarns develop a stable, three-dimensional, and bulky crimp. The spring-like, semi-crystalline molecular chains of the PTT fiber provide natural coiling, granting the fabric exceptional elastic recovery. Meanwhile, the grooves of the cross-shaped section facilitate rapid moisture wicking; its quick-drying performance significantly outperforms pure cotton, with moisture absorption markedly superior to standard polyester. The fabric offers a soft, cotton-like touch that is skin-friendly and dry, ensuring long-lasting elasticity and shape retention. Garments maintain a crisp silhouette without sagging, allowing the body to feel unfettered and weightless during movement.

The combination of a 48-hour liquid immersion treatment and tension-free desizing processes gives this functional fabric a warm and skin-friendly touch. When paired with airflow dyeing to fully relax the fiber structure, the material achieves a soft and completely matte texture that mimics the feel of natural cotton. A unique double-sided jacquard pearl point structure on the reverse side creates tiny air gaps between the skin and the fabric. This physical support prevents the cloth from sticking to the body during perspiration and significantly accelerates heat dissipation and moisture transfer to maintain a dry feel during intense exercise.

Efficient moisture-wicking paths are established by the grooves in the cross-section of the fibers, resulting in quick-dry performance that far exceeds natural cotton. This system draws away moisture instantly to keep the skin surface fresh. The 100 percent polyester composition achieves high color saturation through atmospheric boiling dyeing and exhibits excellent color fastness against both sunlight and repeated washing. Enhanced with an eco-friendly water-repellent finish, the fabric is wrinkle-resistant and easy to clean.
