ONE SINO RESIDENCES

One Sino Residences is located on the central axis of Huizhou’s Jinshan New Town, beside the 280,000 m² Jinshan Lake Wetland. Guided by the theme “Lingnan character, Shanghai reinterpretation,” Huayi Design transforms the glimmer of lake waters into serene spatial motifs, subtly reviving the modern essence of “prosperity rising at a noble estate.”



Drawing on Lingnan’s warmth and Shanghai’s sophistication, the design blends the bold curves of traditional wok-ear gables, the texture of blue brick and grey tiles, the openness of arcade corridors, and the fine detail of Western moldings—creating a clear, poetic space where East meets West and past meets present.



Minimalist lines define the ceremonial approach of an Eastern manor, with high ceilings and symmetry conveying dignity and welcome. Black-and-white marble floors and vertical wall lines form a contemporary landscape scroll. The Shanghai-inspired style adds dynamic flow, while Eastern philosophy brings depth and calm.



With culture as its soul and design as its voice, One Sino Residences completes a contemporary expression of Eastern spirit through the fusion of Lingnan heritage and Shanghai elegance—crafting a new chapter of refined living by Jinshan Lake.
