PULSE ART HOTEL

PULSE ART HOTEL is a luxury art hotel designed for a new generation of cultural travelers, design lovers, art collectors and urban social guests. Inspired by the rhythm of the city, the project transforms hospitality into a living gallery where contemporary art, music, social energy and restorative comfort are woven into a continuous guest journey.
The design does not use art as decoration only. Instead, art becomes the organizing logic of the hotel experience. Public areas are energetic and social, while the guestrooms shift toward a warmer and more intimate form of luxury. Warm timber, soft stone, champagne metal, muted plum textiles, ambient lighting and abstract artworks create a refined atmosphere that feels both metropolitan and welcoming.
The guestroom system is planned in three levels. The Standard Room offers an efficient yet memorable art-infused stay. The Deluxe Room expands the experience with a lounge area, open bathing zone, art bar and richer sense of comfort. The Presidential Suite is conceived as a private collector apartment, combining panoramic city views, a curated living room, private bar, sculptural art, vinyl music corner and open luxury bathroom.
PULSE ART HOTEL redefines the emotional language of luxury hospitality. It avoids both conventional opulence and overly dark nightlife aesthetics, creating a balance between art, warmth, sociability and privacy. The result is a hotel that is not only a place to sleep, but a cultural destination that guests can remember, share and return to.
The project also considers operational value. The Standard Room is compact and efficient, supporting everyday occupancy. The Deluxe Room increases dwell time and guest comfort, while the Presidential Suite functions as a flagship environment for brand storytelling, private events, high-end hosting and art-led hospitality. Together, the three room types create a coherent but differentiated accommodation system.
By combining warm materiality, layered lighting, curated artworks and an emotionally intelligent spatial sequence, PULSE ART HOTEL offers a new model for luxury hospitality: expressive but not aggressive, social but still restful, art-driven but deeply livable.
