Located in the core second-ring area of Erdao District,Changchun,the project boasts unique natural resources along the Yitong River. Centered on the core concepts of elegance,luxury,nature and integration, it aims to rebuild the symbiotic order of humans, architecture and landscapes,and build a model waterside community with scenic views all year round and eco-friendly livability.

The design fully responds to urban geographical features and residential demands, embedding sustainable development concepts throughout the entire landscape construction process.

Drawing on the aesthetics of elegant oriental hotels, the front yard features a penetrating hotel-style drop-off area. With a homecoming facade over 50 meters wide, it adopts modular splicing of luxury stones such as Prada Green and Hermes Grey as well as bronze metal panels, creating a grand entrance lobby with a height of over 8 meters and a depth of over 10 meters.This design elevates the distinguished sense of homecoming,and the adoption of highly durable eco-friendly materials cuts later maintenance costs, unifying aesthetic value and resource conservation.

Making full use of the building spacing of nearly 100 meters,the core landscape area unlocks ecological potential of the land,featuring a central garden of nearly ten thousand square meters and a 500-meter circular colorful fitness track to form diverse vibrant spaces. It adopts multi-layer vertical plant communities and selects local plants with strong adaptability and low maintenance needs to form a stable micro ecosystem, which optimizes the community microclimate and enhances carbon sequestration capacity.Interspersed full-age activity zones and private gardens facilitate harmonious interaction between people and nature, advocating a healthy and low-carbon lifestyle.

The overall landscape system focuses on rainwater management and resource recycling.Sponge city technologies including permeable pavement and sunken green spaces enable natural rainwater storage and infiltration to reduce surface runoff. Energy-saving LED lights and intelligent control systems are applied in lighting design to lessen light pollution and energy consumption.
