Rooted in contemporary residential aesthetics and immersive scenario experience, the interior decoration design of Jiangjing Yunlu Demonstration Area takes "New Shanghai-style Post" as its core design theme. It breaks the single display function of traditional sales demonstration spaces and builds a diversified immersive compound space that integrates aesthetic display, business negotiation, leisure wellness and parent-child interaction. Drawing on the exquisite, inclusive and elegant essence of Shanghai-style aesthetics, the design adopts modern minimalist design techniques to complete a scientific and humanized overall layout. The space is reasonably divided into reception lobby, sand table display area, business negotiation area, audio-visual experience area, exclusive fitness area and children’s activity area, fully covering the multi-scene demands of visitor reception, brand presentation, business communication, daily relaxation and parent-child entertainment, and realizing the organic combination of professionalism and humanized experience. The design selects high-quality decorative materials including translucent stone, aluminum plates, natural flowing stone and antique bronze metal, and complements them with artistic paint, natural wood veneer and luxury wall fabric hard wrapping. The clever collision of cold and warm materials and the contrast of soft and hard textures enrich the spatial hierarchy and delicate details. In accordance with the functional attributes and usage scenarios of different areas, the design adopts differentiated floor height and spatial scale design. The flowing natural light and shadow blend delicately with diverse material textures, injecting vivid modern aesthetics into the whole space. With smooth and coherent moving lines and neat layout, the space creates an elegant, lively, warm and high-grade spatial atmosphere with profound humanistic care. It perfectly unifies artistic aesthetics, humanistic conception and practical functions, fully demonstrating the exquisite craftsmanship of modern interior design and the unique artistic charm of new Shanghai-style living space.
