Tianfu Qinglan Yuhua

Rooted in the local cultural heritage of Hefei, the interior design of Tianfu Qinglan Yuhua Demonstration Area takes Luzhou’s regional culture as the core context. It extracts classic cultural elements such as intangible cultural heritage techniques and ancient architectural forms of Luzhou, abandoning the stereotyped commercial design, and creating a walkable, immersive cultural and art gallery-style demonstration space. The project covers complete functional spaces including sales exhibition area, high-end community club, fine-decorated show flats and overhead public areas, integrating multiple functions of brand display, social communication, daily leisure, health preservation and neighborhood interaction, and realizing the functional symbiosis of public and experience spaces. Adhering to the design concept of modernizing traditional cultural context, the design adopts high-quality materials including artistic paint, rare natural stone, warm wood veneer and delicate metal materials. The collocation of diverse textures and the collision of cold and warm layers create a delicate and high-grade spatial texture. Customized floor heights and spatial proportions are designed for different functional zones according to daily usage scenarios and living needs, making the overall layout well-organized and distinctly layered. Perfectly integrating the profound traditional context of Luzhou with modern minimalist aesthetics, the design inherits the essence of local culture while fitting the aesthetic and functional demands of modern high-end residence. Balancing spatial texture, living practicality and scenario experience, it interprets the low-key and exquisite urban temperament of Hefei, and builds an ideal living space with profound cultural temperature and modern high-end style.
