London Service Design Awards

Recognising excellence in digital platforms, user experience, and service innovation across business, lifestyle, healthcare, and education.

The London Service Design Awards honours exceptional service experiences and celebrates innovative solutions that improve how people interact with brands, digital platforms, and public systems. This category recognises strategic thinking and thoughtful design in creating intuitive, efficient, and human-centred services across industries — from healthcare, finance, and education to hospitality, retail, and the public sector.

As part of the London Design Awards, this category invites submissions from service designers, UX and CX professionals, design consultancies, in-house innovation teams, tech innovators, and cross-disciplinary collaborators worldwide. Whether you're redesigning customer support systems, enhancing patient experiences, or transforming public services, the London Service Design Awards offers a prestigious platform to showcase your strategic creativity.

Submit your service design project and demonstrate how well-designed services enhance lives, build trust, and deliver real-world impact.

Deadlines & Fees

All designers are eligible to submit work in-progress, complete or conceptual designs. Winners are determined by one entry, and not an entire body of work, so careful selection should be observed.

The London Design Awards makes every effort to keep entry costs affordable. Rather than charging it per entry, an annual administrative fee is charged to cover costs like printing, mailing and data organisation. For this reason, each participant is charged a flat $30 annual administrative fee. When all participants pay the same low fee, those submitting more than one entry will benefit more.
