Service Design

The London Service Design of the Year honours those who excel in the arrangement of resources, while coming up with sustainable solutions and optimal experiences.

As an important aspect of an operational firm or organization, excellent service designs will indirectly affect consumer experience, and potentially pre-empt weaknesses.

Deadlines & Fees

All designers are eligible to submit work in-progress, complete or conceptual designs. Winners are determined by one entry, and not an entire body of work, so careful selection should be observed.

The London Design Awards makes every effort to keep entry costs affordable. Rather than charging it per entry, an annual administrative fee is charged to cover costs like printing, mailing and data organisation. For this reason, each participant is charged a flat $30 annual administrative fee. When all participants pay the same low fee, those submitting more than one entry will benefit more.
