London Architectural Design Awards

Celebrating architectural design across residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and urban development projects.

The London Architectural Design Awards celebrates the most visionary and impactful architectural works that shape the built environment. This category recognises designs that harmonise form, function, and sustainability — from iconic cultural landmarks and innovative commercial developments to transformative residential spaces and public infrastructure. It honours architecture that defines skylines, enriches communities, and elevates the way we live and interact with space.

As part of the London Design Awards, this category invites submissions from architects, architectural firms, design studios, urban planners, and developers worldwide. Whether you're redefining urban density or creating sustainable rural retreats, the London Architectural Design Awards offers a prestigious platform to present your most remarkable projects to a global audience.

Submit your architectural design and showcase how your work contributes to a more inspiring, liveable, and forward-thinking world.

Deadlines & Fees

All designers are eligible to submit work in-progress, complete or conceptual designs. Winners are determined by one entry, and not an entire body of work, so careful selection should be observed.

The London Design Awards makes every effort to keep entry costs affordable. Rather than charging it per entry, an annual administrative fee is charged to cover costs like printing, mailing and data organisation. For this reason, each participant is charged a flat $30 annual administrative fee. When all participants pay the same low fee, those submitting more than one entry will benefit more.
