The site faces Mui Ne Beach which is located in the southeast of Vietnam. Mui Ne Beach is situated at around 170 kilometers far from Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. Its magnificent coastline attracts not only domestic travelers but tourists from Southeast Asia and China.

Its project site’s front side facing the beautiful beach and the back side facing a forest, Hotel Marina Gold is a resort hotel preparing for the opening in 2028. It is a large scale hotel with a basement floor and 20 above-the-ground floors, having 500 rooms including 50 suites. Half of the rooms are ocean view, and the rest half are mountain view. The hotel has infinity pools and restaurants on above ground floors. On the highest roof top, there is a glass bottomed pool that cantilevers towards the ocean, and a bar lounge and a viewing restaurant are arranged around it. On the roof top of the 6th floor, there is a vast terrace for common use, which is perfect for enjoying sunset. Also, a bridge is to be built on the 6th floor to provide direct access to the neighboring golf course.

The design theme is “Floating Luxury Cruise Ship” with a full of futuristic design like a spaceship. The splendid shape rising up obliquely from 7th to 20th floor sets the impression of the architecture.

The Mui Ne Beach is especially well known for its beautiful sunset. The hotel is named “Marina Gold” in tributes to the building glowing gold with the reflection of the sunset.

The shining luxury cruiser lit by sunset with the appearance of just like departing will manifest itself as an architecture which symbolizes the Mui Ne Beach with its extremely iconic design.
