St George's Road Residence

Land is the foundation this each design; the superyacht shape is influenced by the fall of the land. St George’s Road Residence was design to meet the needs of the clients as well as the site’s natural landscape, built environment and local community.



The design was enthusiastically approved with unanimous support by the council. Whilst fostering a sense of debate initially, it was ultimately welcomed by the community and councilors who noted it “fits with the environment”, “ticks all the right boxes “and is “beautifully designed”. We appreciated the constraints and opportunities of the site with respect to the concerns of council’s residents as well as collaborating with leading consultants to achieve the best possible outcome. Ultimately, the community trusted our considered approach and process to deliver a world-class design that connects with nature and lies as a part of the landscape.



Defined by intelligent architecture, healthy design, craftsmanship and a deep connection with nature, St George’s Road Residence is a place to live well for today and generations to follow. The architecture may exude a sculptural and sophisticated quality, but its purpose is elemental. Elements of light, air and space were harnessed to create a healthy design. A thoughtful floor plan and a considered layout with acoustic, thermal, solar, and sustainable qualities at the core. The unique design is underpinned by the principles of form, materiality, and aesthetics in the service of wellbeing, to deliver an exceptional quality of life.
