The term sandhi (from Sanskrit 'joining') is used in linguistics to refer to the process whereby the form of a word changes under influence of an adjacent word. This Sanskrit grammar workbook uses mnemonic memory techniques: visualization and storytelling for memorizing large volumes of grammatical rules. The book is dedicated to memorizing the classical grammar table of merging and dividing words in a sentence in Sanskrit. In the Sanskrit language, words are written as they are heard, and at the same time all the words in a sentence are written together without spaces. When writing, in places where words occur, we write the letters that we hear in speech, but when translating into another language, we first need to divide the sentence into words back, with this division we must already write down the words with their original forms of endings and prefixes, which different from the oral form. The table that regulates this process is called the Table of Sandhi Vowel Rules, it is mandatory for all students to memorize. Learning the rules causes a lot of difficulties for students and the mnemonic notebook was created to facilitate this process. The book has been officially published. The workbook consists of 20 short stories, each story has a visual accompaniment in the form of a picture with characters from this story. The names of the characters are selected in a special way, so that the first letter of their name is associated with the rules from the table. Thus, in order to remember the rule, you must first read the story, then carefully study the image, look at the description of the rule with which the story and image are connected (the story, picture and description of the rule are on one spread of the notebook) and then, on the next spread of the notebook) and further, on the next page, it is proposed to perform exercises on this rule; the keys for self-test are also given there.
In addition, each story carries a certain everyday meaning, which can help young students in their everyday life and society.
