To accommodate the lifestyle of a single occupant, the first priority was to remove the outdated interiors, including relocating the disjointed central bathroom to the far right side. This adjustment opened up a spacious, uninterrupted living area. The exterior's rolling shutter door was replaced with metal grid windows, partially covered with glass film for optimum privacy and flanked by custom matte black container doors embedded with wall sconces set against cement surfaces. This transformation brings in abundant natural light, establishing an open layout with a distinctive industrial character and seamless flow.



Bespoke metal components, lighting fixtures, special coatings and exposed ceiling pipes are key elements that define the space. At the entrance, a black pipe wine rack and a swivel TV stand promote a dynamic interaction between the living room and the raised kitchen bar. The central area is anchored by a plush leather sofa, while the adjacent workspace features a cobalt blue cloud-patterned wall, encircled by a cinematic white halo that stirs the imagination.



Strategically placed cabinetry not only serves functional purposes but also acts as a room divider, doubling as an artistic headboard in the bedroom and an eye-catching iron piece display in the living area, enriching the space with depth and lighting. An embedded electric fireplace near the kitchen and dual tall wardrobes discreetly delineate a guest bedroom, enhancing the home’s adaptability and expanding the sense of space. The use of lightweight materials allows for future adaptability, subtly amplifying the sense of space and creating an ambiance that resonates with the moody allure of nightclubs and bars—a timelessly romantic retreat.
