With a modern aesthetic as the frame, the abode features a clear and smooth layout. Subtle curved elements within the space soften rigid structures and create a living environment that harmonizes rationality with emotion. A touch of sophisticated burgundy red, rich and smooth like fine wine, infuses depth and character into the neutral palette, oozing an intoxicating and romantic ambiance.

Traffic Flow Planning

Stepping through the front door, the floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinet seems to divide the space, yet its mirrored surface cleverly extends the depth of view. Behind it, the straight hallway establishes a natural sightline, drawing the eye to its endpoint and alleviating the entryway's narrowness. At the heart of the layout, a central island seamlessly connects different areas, striking a perfect balance between openness and privacy within the semi-open design to create a harmonious and effortless spatial dynamic.

Space Introduction

The beige-toned shoe cabinet and vibrant terrazzo flooring unfold the entryway. The warm hue creates a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor environments, fostering a calming atmosphere. A curved corner of the TV feature wall enhances visual fluidity, while the beige finish extends the sense of continuity. This seamlessly accentuates the burgundy wall behind the sofa, creating a harmony of rich and subtle tones for a refined, cohesive aesthetic.
