The new identity, rooted in sound waves, ocean ripples, and Penghu’s rare basalt, these elements were not stylized for novelty, but chosen for their emotional familiarity to locals. Rather than limiting design to formality, the system anchors the identity in everyday presence—appearing where residents queue, enter, and gather—letting the venue visually resonate as part of daily life. This approach reframes the Hall not only as a venue, but as a shared symbol of cultural belonging. It enhances visibility, attracts youth, and opens paths to international exchange.
