As the primary palette, neutral earthy tones flow throughout the project, rising vertically from dark brown flooring to gray-beige walls and a light-toned ceiling. This gradation grounds the space with calmness while extending its visual depth. The design team carefully balanced the use of stone-veined slabs and titanium-plated finishes with matte latex paint, creating textures that feel both cool and warm to the touch. This intentional balance enhances the effect of natural light, allowing it to trace along surfaces and materials, and in doing so, maintains a poised harmony between softness and serenity across the entire interior.

The plan features ”spatial openness” and “shared presence.” A significant design decision was the removal of one bedroom, which released space for a flexible area that seamlessly integrates the living and dining spaces into a borderless layout. The circulation flows continuously, enabling children’s play or yoga practice to unfold naturally. In the kitchen and dining area, the glass sliding door defines borders, blocking cooking odors while maintaining transparency. This strategy further enhances the overall spatial cohesion and improves the efficiency of living.

Working within the conditions of a renovation, the design team carefully deconstructed and reassembled the layout to unlock the space’s full potential. They simplified material applications and centralized functions to enhance comfort while reducing long-term maintenance needs. Throughout the project, they specified non-formaldehyde boards and durable latex paints, a clear demonstration of the brand’s long-standing commitment to healthy living. Every decision—from the guidance of light, the layering of materials, to the integration of circulation—prioritized long-term habitation, creating a home that adapts gracefully to the evolving life while balancing aesthetics and practicality.
