Centered on the theme “Imagine Traces & Eternal Footprints,” the design transforms a milestone celebration into an immersive spatial narrative that reflects the passage of time and the brand’s evolution. Drawing on the symbolic momentum of the Year of the Horse and the metaphor of a “voyage,” the event reinterprets a 16-year journey—from departure to far-reaching exploration—through a cohesive integration of space, visual identity, and emotional storytelling.
A bold red-and-black palette anchors the visual system, while sculptural installations, lighting, and graphic elements establish a strong and memorable atmosphere. At the entrance, a horse-shaped installation merges contemporary sculptural language with the expressive spirit of Oriental aesthetics, creating a symbolic threshold. The check-in area adopts a fashion-inspired visual approach, combining dynamic typography and spiraling motifs to reinforce brand identity while encouraging social interaction. Along the circulation path, a laser-illuminated tunnel uses reflections and light matrices to evoke the accumulation of time, guiding guests through a sensory journey of memory and anticipation.
The main stage is defined by a large red spiral installation, symbolizing cyclical growth and the convergence of energy over time. Paired with black banquet tables adorned with floral arrangements and miniature installations, the space dissolves the boundary between stage and audience, forming an environment that blends ceremonial dining with gallery-like artistic expression. This spatial continuity extends to the photo area, reinforcing the narrative coherence across the venue.
Structured around a three-chapter storyline, the program integrates performance, film, and interaction to translate abstract concepts into emotional experiences. From a theatrical depiction of early struggles to personal archival footage and participatory future messages, the event fosters a collective sense of memory and aspiration. Through precise coordination, innovative material use, and a focus on sustainability, the design achieves a balance between visual impact, emotional depth, and responsible practice, ultimately reinforcing brand identity and cultural resonance.
