Sanya Manwan Sales Office

The sales office is located in the core area of the coastal zone near Sanya, China. The design breaks the boundary between commercial sales space and residential living scenarios. Centered on the integrated collaboration of three specialties - architecture, interior design, and landscape design, it deeply integrates the regional heritage of the Sanya coast, the elegant aesthetics of the East, and the dual needs of high-net-worth individuals for vacation and life, creating an immersive preview space for the future community lifestyle.



The interior design follows the concept of the "Ice Box" architecture, with "gentle breeze on the island" and "Oriental tea house" as its core elements. It deeply incorporates the charm of Eastern tea and the essence of nature, combined with a garden-style flow design. On the stepped irregular plane, it creates a winding and graceful walking experience. It integrates the natural charm and Eastern aesthetics into every detail, creating a cool and elegant, relaxed and comfortable spatial texture.



The project integrates the three dimensions of scale, nature and material in an organic way. The water-based sculpture staircase, the landscape water system, and natural jade and raw stones complement each other. By eliminating redundant decorations, it conveys the unique tranquility and elegance of Eastern aesthetics. At the same time, it discards the traditional closed sales office model and creates diverse scenarios with "functional boxes", dividing different negotiation areas to meet various communication needs. The VIP tea room on the second floor and the high-end private negotiation area, together with the open reception area on the first floor, form a balance of "activity and tranquility, public and private", meeting the pursuit of exclusive feelings of high-net-worth individuals. The project not only fulfills the commercial function of sales and display, but also realizes the emotional connection between people and space, highlighting the innovative exploration and humanistic warmth of contemporary commercial space design, and fully meeting the core demands of the London Design Award for high-quality design.
