Shanlan Jingting Sales Office

Located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, with an area of about 1,200 square meters, the main function of the sales office is to display the house types, model room decoration styles and styles, and for the communication and negotiation between customers. Suzhou has been famous for its poetic and picturesque cultural heritage since ancient times, so the design of this project takes the architecture of Suzhou gardens as the main line of the design, relying on the famous painter Tang Yin's painting "Fisherman's Hidden Picture in the Stream and Mountain" as the source of inspiration, and using the traditional garden borrowing, leakage, counterpoints, and framing design techniques to finalize the design of the sales office.



The design of Shanlan Jingting Sales Office aims to break through the inherent form of the traditional sales office and break the stereotypical perception of the current audience of the sales office by taking the art display as the core. In terms of design style, "Suzhou-style modern style" was chosen as the keynote, supplemented by the traditional Suzhou-style garden design techniques, showing the simple and elegant features of the Suzhou-style architecture, the pink walls and tiles, and the light colors.
