Olympic Park

This 220m2 apartment was developed for a big family and needed to include all the rooms necessary to become a home for three generations. You are greeted by a spacious entrance with a beautiful composition of a console table and armchairs, as well as a sizable walk-in closet.

We used different types of moldings throughout the apartment and added decorative headers above all doors. In the large studio space, we combined a living area with TV, kitchen with an island, a breakfast nook, and a dining area with a table for ten people. We used fluted veneered MDF with brass inserts for our kitchen cabinets. The shape of the kitchen allowed us to hide a pantry behind one of the large cabinets. You can find a grand table by the window for family gatherings. This area also boasts of a magnificent chandelier which is an eye candy of the whole space.

We needed to accommodate three bedrooms with different wishes for each but all cohesive with the whole atmosphere of the project. The first one with a blush pink bed and moldings on the walls which create a special rhythm. Second one we call a Capuchino room with enveloping feel to it. Theres a beautiful bathroom, which you can find just through the closet door with a spacious walk-in shower. And the third bedroom in all gray color scheme with a large king-size bed, a desk, lounge area and a walk-in closet. All the fluted details add extra rhythms and unite the whole concept. We completely disguised the master bathroom door, however what you see when you walk in stuns you at first sight: the mirrors, decorative plaster ornaments which all create an illusion of infinity and dissolve the boundaries of the space itself. This apartment was created with love and care for all three generations who planned on living in it. We found all the nasseccery solutions to accommodate our clients a managed to create a timeless interior.
