About The Entry

The design style of the Sales Office is vibrant, featuring a semi-open style. The entrance of the southern courtyard hosts a main screen, and the eastern side showcases the project model. The wall surface adopts matte white mocha stone, complemented by art installations to guide the visual focus. Grey terrazzo and soft-colored furniture create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Behind the main screen, a water bar and seating area are arranged with custom flexible furniture suitable for both business meetings and tea breaks. The relatively subdued lighting highlights the philosophical relationship between wood, stone, light, darkness, openness, and enclosure.

The overall color scheme incorporates two natural Chinese colors from East Film and Art, namely, Chiling and Mihe. The two colors are applied to coffee tables and art glass, with semi-transparent Chiling-colored rainbow glass forming a screen for the tea room, separating it from the public area. The open tea room area uses tabletops with a slightly curved natural shape to guide exploration. The design flexibly connects functional areas, emphasizing the essence of variability. Through strong contrasts in material and color tones, the interior design reflects respect for local context, and establishes the overall image of the Park.
