Talent Apartments Homecoming House

The project is located in the High-tech Zone of Chengdu, China and is a meticulously crafted Homecoming Life Club by CDHT INVESTMENT. The design cleverly incorporates regional characteristics and site features, proposing the design concept of "Mountain, Valley, Forest, Sound."

"Mountain": Utilizing the elevated terrain of the site, a terraced landscape is created, making the journey home a pleasant experience akin to climbing and enjoying the scenery.

"Valley": Through the creation of sunken landscape water courtyards, a partially enclosed space is formed, enriching the experience of moving through the area.

"Forest": Carefully crafted multi-level vegetation scenes at different heights, the design achieves a multi-level interaction between the landscape and architectural spaces through three-dimensional greening and visual planning.

"Sound": Create a serene and poetic living experience through transparent spaces and landscape scenes.

The main building is primarily made of deep gray marble, complemented by champagne-colored metal elements, forming a perfect collision of ruggedness and elegance, delivering a strong visual impact.

The curved metal eaves at the entrance are inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, the city flower of Chengdu. The feature wall incorporates a light and transparent metal mesh, creating rich changes in light and shadow through the interplay of real and virtual elements. This enhances the dynamic and temporal sense of the building and presents a quality experience of the entire Homecoming Life Club from the entrance.

The interior features sunken courtyard spaces designed with a similar approach to showcases. Delicate glass surrounds the inspired small courtyards, incorporating elements such as peculiar stones, mirror-like water features, and halo lighting to create a sense of pure beauty in modern architecture. The interior design adopts a gentle and restrained approach, expressing a minimalist sentiment. With shades of light beige and light cream, the space undergoes subtle changes, creating a warm and gentle atmosphere.

Building high as a mountain, creating valleys on the site, landscapes resembling forests, and the quality resonating through sound. Here, people can experience the harmonious coexistence of nature and culture and enjoy a high-quality living experience.
