The venue is located at the corner of the clothing and accessories street in the old town area of Wanhua. The name "Lao Dan Noodle" comes from the Min dialect "old stall". The brand sells traditional noodle dishes and has gone from being unknown to owning a store. Passed down through three generations, the brand relies on a handful of noodles, a bowl of soup, a heartfelt smile, and fresh, high-quality ingredients to tantalize the taste buds and emotions of gourmets. To present the traditional flavor, the designer deliberately used Taiwanese fir, red bricks, and bamboo cages as building materials. The logs, red bricks, sieve for cooking noodles, and bamboo rice sieve create a strong nostalgic atmosphere.

The highlight is its delicate vintage elements. The 80-year-old cypress doorway at the entrance was selected from southern Taiwan to serve as the essence of the space. The wood inside the space has been specially stained for a natural antique effect. The low stools and tables create an intimate feeling of a traditional marketplace, classically recreating the nostalgia of the 1970s.
