Baodi takes its name from the phrase "like islands and hills" in The Book of Songs, reflecting its rich and fertile history. Originally called Quyang, it has been an important trading center for centuries. Historical descriptions of wealthy merchants with abundant goods and vibrant trade facilitated by canal digging and salt transportation showcase its prosperity. The region thrived with bustling markets and a forest of ship masts, underscoring Baodi's significance in trade and shipping. The concept of the "mansion" transcends simple architecture in this context; it embodies a deep-rooted aspect of northern Chinese residential culture. It serves as a model of standards and symbolizes the ultimate pursuit of an ideal life that resonates deeply with the aspirations of its people. Junnuo One Mansion, situated in Baodi, leverages the area's rich and unique cultural heritage. By connecting the ancient canal transport culture with the present, it seamlessly incorporates contemporary global influences. The project blends artistic vision with functional design, crafting elegant spaces infused with modern Eastern humanistic elements. Catering to the distinct needs and aesthetic preferences of the new elite, it redefines artistic luxury. Residents are provided with a space that sparks imagination and offers a sanctuary for spiritual reflection. The entire sales center is designed around a meticulously symmetrical axis, along which the estate's aesthetic experience progressively unfolds. Visitors are first greeted by a landscape paved with Bulgari tiles. The water features on either side of the building's entrance reflect the entire exterior, creating a magnificent symmetrical pattern centered both horizontally and vertically. Inside, the journey is divided into four thematic stages that reflect the prosperity and evolution of canal transportation: "Setting Sails," "Hoisting Sails," "Viewing the Sea," and "Searching for Dreams." The tour begins in the brand's multimedia area, the starting point of exploration. Here, the "Setting Sails" theme comes to life through surrounding LED screens, creating an immersive experience that vividly showcases Shanxi CIG's brand culture. Junnuo One Mansion, a new project by CIG, is built with the intention of creating a residence that embodies profound humanistic aesthetics.
