With huge opportunities comes challenges. SeA industries are in need of workers with a broader range of skills, from professional, cognitive to interpersonal skills, and many more.

Lack of career guidance at early stages, and the theoretical education result in skills mismatch, notably in The Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The unemployment rate in these 4 countries is equivalent to 24.55 million unemployees.

The solution

PUCO, the hybrid career counseling, offers 15 - 18 year old students from The Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam a comprehensive mentorship and step-by-step development plans to achieve their dream career. The 3 key functionalities are:

Career Discover - Helps students reassess their potential with gamified questionnaires. After finishing, a list of good fit careers will be recommended.

Mentor Mapping- Based on the potential analysis, students will be connected with the suitable mentors to seek 1-on-1 guidance, advice, and set goals.

Career Development - To motivate students' self-learning, PUCO sends out daily exercises based on the development plan from the mentor. An evaluation will be shown afterwards to keep track of students' progress.
