Considering the high humidity of the site, the design team adopted wood-look tiles against hardwood flooring, which is hard to care for. The existing odd space serves as a storage room to upgrade the storage function. AC vents, wires, and cables are organized in the wall aside from the TV unit, conducting aesthetics and functionality. In addition, the clear glass lined with UV film provides maintenance and heatproof solutions, making the sunroom a cozy ambiance.

Blue and white furnishings and homochromous spray paints represent the homeowner’s favorite Greek style. Rich grains on the slab and pattern tiles combine compelling highlights, featuring a tribute to “The Starry Night “by Vincent Van Gogh. Furthermore, the surrounding balmy wood-tone backdrop becomes an appealing focal point and creates a warm and tranquil atmosphere.

A customized open-plan kitchen with a large oven and island countertop caster for cooking and baking requirements helps the lady live a comfortable lifestyle after retirement. Then, using most modular cabinetry and installing a radiant floor heating system enhances a non-toxic space and pleasant temperature in the location on the hill with the sea view. Meanwhile, the bathroom without a threshold cooperates with a barrier-free spare bedroom near the living room to facilitate the homeowners’ future living conveniences. These considerate designs impeccably achieve a secure and future-proof residence.
