episode YONGSAN 241, a ‘SEOUL THUMBNAIL’, is an innovative residential platform proposing a new paradigm for "a better city life." With 241 spaces and 34 room types, it creates a vertical community beyond private rooms, respecting diverse lifestyles. A central garden fosters organic community formation through natural light. Common areas—D-AN lounge, J-AN, N-AK, and GYEOL—provide spaces for interactions, culture, music, and meditation. The lobby's CON-T, an interactive art installation themed "absorbed future," visualizes dynamic relationships between residents, community, and city, enabling individuals to create their own urban episodes.
episode YONGSAN 241 transforms urban living through four core values: First, as a living space, it provides areas for both relaxation and inspiration within 34 different room types. Second, it respects personal life by balancing privacy with selective community engagement through smart living solutions. Third, it creates community value through a vertical village structure centered on a garden, with specialized spaces on each floor. Finally, it connects values by fostering lifestyle-based communities and sustainable urban living through a sharing economy, while actively engaging with local culture.
episode YONGSAN 241 sets a new standard for urban living through vertical co-living design. Its 20-floor central garden creates natural light flow and connectivity throughout the building. Five distinct community spaces serve unique purposes: CON-T in the lobby visualizes community life through interactive media art; D-AN provides a flexible workspace and social dining area; J-AN offers cultural gathering spaces; N-AK features a premium music lounge; and GYEOL creates a meditative wellness space. The building's terraced design and open lower floors naturally connect with the Han River view and local community.
episode YONGSAN 241 integrates three key functions for city life. First, it offers personalized residential experiences through flexible contract periods (14 days to 2 years) and diverse unit types from SOHO offices to family homes, with subscription-based furniture and monthly cleaning services. Second, its digital platform provides IoT-based environment control, sleep pattern analysis, and community engagement features. Third, it enhances urban connectivity through sustainable mobility options, featuring direct access to three subway lines and proximity to Han River Park.
