Fiolet Clinic is a brand-new Center of Aesthetic Medicine in Minsk. The client is a huge professional in the field of injection cosmetology. She kept an open mind about the design of the space and simply trusted us to deliver all the solutions needed.

The main task of the redevelopment project was to place on 117m2 the following facilities: 3 offices, a staff room, a storage room for medical supplies, a utility room, a bathroom for visitors, a reception area, a waiting area and a closet for outerwear. The advantage of the space was the floor configuration itself with 4.2-meter-high ceilings, however that highlighted a huge disadvantage- the ceiling, hung with technical pipes and non-standard shaped windows.

We had to make the clinic as “sterile” as possible according to SES (sanitary-epidemiological station) standards, but at the same time make it as “non-sterile” as possible in terms of atmosphere for the client. All the construction materials needed to comply with the SES norms. We used concrete continuous flooring to achieve a clean look and feel at the offices. However, in the hallway, reception area and waiting area, we managed to play around with moldings, we ran a decorative edging made of large-format tiles instead of a traditional skirting and used 3D plaster panels as a decorative trim in place of a cornice.

The choice of the color scheme for the project was the easiest task as it was simply set by the name itself Fiolet (violet) Clinic. So, we chose to perfectly combine a complex deep eggplant tone with ash-white, gray, brass and black graphic accents.

The key theme for the décor were masks and female face silhouettes- they can be found in the reception area, the hallway and in wall art in the offices.

The furniture also needed to comply with SES standards. Though we were limited in choice of materials, we tried to make every item unique. We managed to experiment and have fun with the design, because all the furniture pieces were custom made based on our sketches by the local craftsmen.
