Trustpilot London: A Living Brand Experience by Dthree Studio

Trustpilot’s reimagined London office is more than a workplace, it’s a physical embodiment of brand purpose, culture, and identity. Designed by Dthree Studio, the space transforms Trustpilot’s core values of transparency, trust, and customer connection into a powerful spatial narrative.

At the heart of the design is the brand’s iconic star - celebrated as a guiding visual and symbolic motif. From joinery details to lighting features, the star anchors the design and reinforces Trustpilot’s role as a beacon of truth in the digital age.

Dthree embraced the opportunity to reimagine the existing space rather than relocate, infusing the East London location with renewed energy and sustainable intent. The concept integrates live digital elements, like LED screens showing real-time reviews, bringing customer voices into the daily rhythm of work life. A warm, vibrant palette drawn from Trustpilot’s brand identity enlivens the space, encouraging creativity while supporting focus and wellbeing.

This brand-led environment doesn’t just reflect values, it amplifies them. From the central kitchen that fosters social connection to playful murals and flexible zones that adapt to evolving needs, every element serves people, purpose, and planet.

It’s a future-ready workspace that lives and breathes Trustpilot.
