"Tranquility" and "comfort" are the core of this project. The client is exposed to the high-pressure work rhythm of the technology industry and is looking for a home that balances physical and mental well-being. The project is a place away from the hustle and bustle so that the client can find peace and relaxation upon returning home. The designer deliberately lowered the ceiling in the foyer and applied dark colors to create visual compression. When formally entering the main space, from the physical perception to the psychological, it is the openness of the space that brings ease and spaciousness.

The principle is simple and natural. Appropriate amount of lighting planning, minimalist cabinet design, environmentally friendly non-toxic Danish paint, and system boards to reduce the saturation and brightness. The vision is less disturbed and more relaxed, so one can enjoy the mountain view from the window. On weekend afternoons, natural light accompanies piano playing and reading. In the evenings, mood lighting on the wall and sipping at the dining area provide relaxation for both body and mind.
