The goal is to create a wilderness-like environment in the city and realize a close connection with nature, creating a “wilderness luxury” concept that combines raw natural beauty with a sense of luxury. Natural vegetation, like the diverse plant species in Taiwan, shows the change of seasons and the diversity of nature. The rooftop courtyard design aims to bring the plants from Taiwan's mountains and forests into the city. The different species of Taiwanese plants bring the beauty of the island into the daily lives of the residents.

There is a multi-layered green belt on the roof. Native species that attract butterflies and birds and create biodiversity and a natural experience. The 450-square-meter area provides a variety of activities, including lounge seating, a star lawn, a swimming pool, a spa pool, and a garden. The project reverses the role of the garden as an adjunct to the building, integrating it with the building as a space to be explored and enjoyed.
