This project is a new single-story residential plan with an interior area of about 43 square meters.
The spatial axis is clearly positioned, taking into account the characteristics of the client's high-tech industry, integrating intelligent technological equipment in the residence, while giving it a high-class industrial feel. The initial planning retained the panel moldings and markings used in the construction of the rough-hewn ceilings, and used a large amount of aluminum as the overall visual tone, together with white iron sheets, rust-like panels, and cement grey elements, to create a translucent, refined, and understated atmosphere.
The walls of the living room area use special paint to make the color and texture consistent with the ceiling, while the floor is made of grey cement and embellished with soft furnishings of the same color, so that the spatial vocabulary of the whole house echoes with each other. The entrance cabinet is made of aluminum, with L-shaped aluminum tubes on the ceiling and bright tubes of the same color to guide the visual extension; the center island dining table is intentionally designed as a polygonal shape, with precise scales, and it cleverly connects the dressing space and the black glass sliding door of the bedroom. The two door panels leading to the same room add imagination and enlarge the spatial vision, and at the same time, it can also take care of the functional needs of the commissioner. Wooden flooring and wood-grained cabinets in the private area balance the coldness and hardness, while the gray base accentuates the feeling of stability, shaping a unique attitude of fashionable living style.
