During periods of economic recession and the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a report by the World Health Organization, the global prevalence of anxiety and depression increased by a massive 25% in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness each year, impacting their ability to form and maintain relationships. Mental health issues are becoming increasingly important. So, I have decided to create a self-care app, OrangeGlow, that addresses mental health issues to improve society's well-being.

Orange Glow is a mobile application that helps people address mental health issues. This app aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, promote awareness, and provide practical, everyday strategies for individuals to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. With features like mood tracking, mindfulness exercises, and community support, OrangeGlow is committed to enhancing mental resilience and promoting a healthier society.
