The AI high-speed 3D printer has made drastic advancements in printing performance, user experience, safety, and environmental protection compared to other products available in the market. It offers the convenience of home use and benchmarks to industrial standards of printing performance. With a maximum forming size of 350mm3, the 3D printer remains compact and uncluttered. This is achieved through a double-layer aluminum alloy shell and a one-piece frame design with a 4Z axis, ensuring high spatial efficiency and mechanical stability. The 3D printer is equipped with a 7’’ full-color capacitive touch screen adjusted to different angles, delivering a convenient and intuitive operation experience. It also allows for real-time monitoring of the printing process. The screen is detachable and can be used as a stand-alone mobile control 3D printer. This design enables users to operate and monitor their 3D printers more freely without attending to the machine. To enhance the user experience and ensure safety, the 3D printer features a tailored temperature-sensitive light strip, which triggers color changes depending upon the temperature of the forming platform and displays orange for high temperatures and blue for normal temperatures. It also keeps users updated about the printing process. This feature not only enhances the user experience but also ensures safety during printing. The device is crafted from aluminum alloy and features a closed door design. It is powered by a TYPE-C USB and incorporated with a motor drive function developed in-house. The 3D printer also includes a soundproof inner wall to minimize noise levels and achieve effective physical and passive noise isolation. Supported by ANC technology, it controls noise levels below 30 dB, offering a seamless 3D printing experience. It also comes with a HEPA, activated carbon air purification cartridge and a powerful circulating fan. These components, along with PM2.5 and VOC sensors, monitor and purify the internal air quality from time to time within the confined area. This ensures a safe ambience in printing. When left unused, the device can leverage its high-efficiency air purifying to externally circulate and purify the indoor space, promoting the environmental health.
