Sentry is a comprehensive solution designed to protect rental properties from smoking and loud parties. Its unique hardware device, embedded with patented AirID technology, accurately detects cigarette, marijuana, and cigar smoke, and monitors noise levels to prevent disruptive parties.



In the event of any smoking or noise incidents, Sentry notifies property managers, provides live incident details, and generates evidence-based incident reports for submission to insurance providers and property management systems, such as Airbnb. This gives property owners peace of mind when renting out their property, knowing they have a reliable tool to protect against potential property damages and provide sufficient information in incident reports so property managers can use them to submit claims to insurance providers and recover the loss caused by any smoking and noise incidents.



Sentry's AirID technology uses AI models and machine learning to accurately identify the substances in the air, avoiding false positive smoking and noise alerts. The Sentry mobile app serves as the interface for users to monitor and manage their devices. When an incident is detected, the user is notified through the app and can take action by messaging guests and generating incident reports.



On the Sentry app, users can create new properties, connect devices with the rooms in each property, adjust the settings of each device and each property, such as the noise threshold and duration, review property and device information, see active and resolved incidents, review incident details, and set up their preferred notification method. When an incident happens, Sentry also provides curated messages for property owners to send to the guests to remind guests to comply with the rule of the property.
