GUAN TANG

Based in the renowned historical and cultural city of Jining, this interior design project is dedicated to establishing a model of Eastern residential space that harmonizes the aesthetics of the glorious age of the Tang Dynasty with contemporary opulence tailored for the urban high-net-worth demographic. Rooted in the design principle of "Concealed Luxury in the Orient," the project delves into the fundamental facets of the glorious Tang Dynasty. It incorporates dark flooring and linear metal lines to stimulate an immersive experience of Eastern culture and bestow high-end residential gratification upon its inhabitants.

The reception area takes inspiration from "a leaflike canoe," while the water drop wall seizes the transient beauty of a "falling water drop" and perpetuates it as a lasting light source, infusing the space with vitality and dreamlike ambience. A noteworthy feature of the project, the "City Memory Cultural Theme Exhibition", revolves around the theme "Jining Time/Inheritance and Interflow," forging meaningful connections between history, present, and the future through inventive modes of exhibition. The artistic installation "Writing Mirrors One's Face" artistically reproduces the poetry of Li Bai, affording every Chinese individual an opportunity to encounter Li Bai and recite his verses at some point in their lives.

As a significant historical and cultural legacy of Jining, the cultural ethos of the Taibai Building is faithfully preserved and perpetuated within the project. The "Silhouette of Tang Palace" artistic installation engenders a captivating artistic mirroring effect by meticulously unearthing and reimagining the glorious Tang Dynasty arch technique, utilizing art crystals as the medium. The negotiation area's juxtaposed left and right sections intricately meld furniture details and artisanal expertise to fully encapsulate the amalgamation of contemporary concealed luxury style and Tang Dynasty etiquette. Moreover, the fret pattern adorning the carpet symbolizes a captivating vision of continuity and prosperity. At the same time, the ornamental painting "Picturesque Landscape" adroitly integrates natural elements and design inspiration, imparting a sense of spatial level and visual impact to the milieu.
