Yiyuan Yue Fu Model Room

The Yue Fu project in Yiyuan County is a residential development located in a small county-level city in Zibo, Shandong Province, China. The design of this model room aims to bring the pursuit of comfortable and high-quality living from big cities into the construction of the entire space. It provides local consumers with a high-quality living environment. In addition, modern, eco-friendly and healthy design concepts are used throughout the space, as well as locally establishing eco-friendly and healthy living concepts to enhance the overall strength of the property, better showcasing its value and that of the developer.



The model room designed for this project is approximately 130 square meters. The overall space with light colours as the basic tone, through the matte, environmentally friendly, rich metal texture materials coupled with modern technology intelligent lighting control, temperature control, to create a rejuvenated luxury attitude to life and space aesthetics of the overall atmosphere. In the minimalist space, embossed background walls add a touch of vibrancy to the residence. In terms of layout, an open design is chosen for public areas, visually connecting the living room and dining room spaces in a subtle manner.
