Located in Shatou Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou and 500m to Lianhu Wetland Park, the project enjoys a river view and green environment. Within 3 kilometers, there is a comprehensive gymnasium and Dashanshan Forest Park. Besides, the project boasts convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities. Inspired by Yuyinshan House, one of the four famous gardens in Lingnan, we interpret the features of the garden with modern techniques. Taking "court in garden, and garden in court" as our design philosophy, we focus on creating a place mixed with modern and traditional elements that makes people feel warm and comfortable. With the help of art and fashion, visitors are able to experience the Oriental culture of Panyu District. In the design, we use Lingnan intangible cultural heritage such as Canton embroidery, Manchu window, wood engraving, Ruyi pattern. Reception area: Entering the sales office, customers can see a large artistic carved leather background made of wall stone inspired by Manchu window. Looking down, customers find the stone ground based on Ruyi pattern and begonia flowers. This reception scene shows Lingnan features and solemn welcome atmosphere. Brand area: As an important area for customers, brand area not only tells the brand story, but also displays the Lingnan Cantonese embroidery culture with millennium history by using exquisite stone and hard package wall with delicate texture. Art floral area, Stone ground with Ruyi begonia pattern in the reception area is still used in this area, which implies prosperity, wealth and auspice. In addition, embroidery works are selected to show Panyu’s rich history and cultural life. What’s more, inspired by the palace lamp of Lingnan and the caisson ceiling, the wall lamps in circle and square represent harmony and integrity between heaven and earth. Chat area: This area pays attention to the details and fits into the overall atmosphere. Bombax red and hydrangea green are used as the basic tone, creating a comfortable environment for chat. This project fully considers the regional characteristics of Lingnan and modern living needs, and reflects quality and aesthetics in every detail.
