The designer weaves elements of contemporary art into the design, breaking away from the conventional luxury home image, and brings magical moments into everyday lives. The goal is to balance modernity with warmth and infusing the client’s personality to create a living space with soul.

Surrounded by trees and fields, the home's common areas and bedrooms are designed to evoke a natural, gentle warmth. Inspired by the Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetic, the designer uses a unique paint layering technique to give the walls an artistic, textured look. Modern European décor elements are blended in to balance the style with simplicity and elegance.

The recessed stretch light fixtures on the stairwell ceilings echo the pineapple fields outside, with the lights shining down like moonlight to connect the indoors and outdoors. The stair handrail, ergonomically redesigned, draws inspiration from winding mountains. The hand-crafted texture showcases its understated sophistication. Custom-made light fixtures in the living room creates a soft, natural glow. A modern wine bar with adjustable lighting is designed for the homeowners ‘s love of hosting. The stretch ceiling in the hallway offers a gentle transition between spaces, softening the flow with subtle lighting changes.

The areas designed for the husband feature a sleek, high-tech style. The garage, equipped with sensor-activated illuminated stretch ceilings, is modeled after the famous Popsicle Studio LA set. The multifunctional room, serving as both a home office and media room, uses dark tones combined with adjustable RGB lighting for a refined yet playful atmosphere. Custom metal cabinetry combines masculinity and delicate luxury.

The entire building is equipped with smart switches for all lighting, allowing users to adjust brightness via their smartphones, which helps set the right ambiance and improve energy efficiency.

All materials used throughout the building are completely non-toxic and zero-VOC, including paints, panels, and cabinetry. All wood in the home is natural solid wood treated only with protective finishes, utilizing traditional Japanese techniques for burning cedar to significantly enhance durability, providing resistance to moisture, pests, and decay. Behind the refined aesthetic, usability is never overlooked.
