Powerstep is a pair of knee bracers designed for outdoor enthusiastics. The skeleton structure and the robotic system work together to protect the user’s knee during long distance outdoor excercises. Long-distance exercise can place significant strain on the knees, increasing the risk of injury. Active individuals are prone to issues like patellofemoral pain syndrome and knee osteoarthritis, which affect approximately 25% of adults. Powersteps is effective since it has been equipped with 2 distinct systems, the active robotics system and the passive skeleton structure. The former boosts the user’s knee strength and the latter grants physical support to the knee.
