Sports District

This project involves a temporary land use, where the investor aims to lease and construct on urban vacant land over a period of five to ten years. The primary focus is on generating profit through an indoor sports facility and a commercial supporting district. Our design includes an indoor basketball court, indoor soccer field, indoor badminton court, indoor tennis court, and an outdoor skateboarding area, along with a parking lot.



For the outdoor commercial space, we utilize reusable shipping container modules, designed as 3-meter oval structures that can be repurposed in other areas in the future. This modular approach not only promotes repeated use but also minimizes waste. The design of these oval elements transforms the traditional boxy shipping container style. We have created dual-oval streetlights, outdoor air conditioning unit enclosures, and all ground-level lighting in varying oval shapes. Additionally, the flower boxes feature unique combinations of different ovals, and the fountain in the central area is also designed in a dual-oval shape.



The sports district will include commercial facilities such as coffee shops, barbecue restaurants, fashion designer brand stores, restaurants, and bars, enriching the nightlife and providing spaces for social gatherings, especially for post-sport meetups with friends.



During the design phase, we incorporated a central fountain that can host various commercial activities, further enhancing the community's engagement with the space. The lighting, outdoor air conditioning units, flower boxes, and leisure seating are designed with our company’s original dual-oval elements, all made from sustainable materials that prioritize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
