The project is located in Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, the park includes a 50-meter-high R&D center building, two large-scale in-dustrial plants and related supporting buildings, and a large-scale ceremony square is set between the park building and the main entrance to provide a good image display space for enterprises. The design fo-cuses on the harmony between the characteristic building and the sur-rounding environment, and plans from a high starting point, while also fully exploring the possibilities and methods of modern industrial ar-chitecture and natural landscape reconstruction.
The R&D center building is intended to be an industrial aircraft carrier, and through the layered podium volume, a three-dimensional garden is formed, a good office environment and visual level are con-structed, highlighting the core position and visual focus of the tow-er. The main façade materials of the R&D center building are GRC panels and glass curtain walls, which are simple and modern. The tower adopts a hollow-shaped floor plan, which is efficient to use, and at the same time forms a full-height landscape atrium, which is conducive to achieving a good architectural microclimate.
Based on the principles of high efficiency, energy saving, dura-bility and beauty, the plant adopts silver-gray corrugated boards to highlight the sense of science and technology, and makes full use of the large-scale roof to arrange the photovoltaic system, taking into account the practicality and the temperament of high-tech enterprises.
