Most campaigns about mammograms focus on facts and reminders, but Mammo Monster took a different approach, using creativity and engagement to confront the fears and excuses that keep women from scheduling their screenings.

At the heart of the campaign was MammoMonster.com, an interactive microsite designed to reframe anxiety around mammograms and encourage action. The campaign introduced Mammo Monster, a playful yet symbolic character representing the worries and procrastination that often delay early detection.

The site featured:

• "Catch the Mammo Monster," an interactive activation where visitors could claim a real-life Mammo Monster plushie, turning fear into something tangible and familiar.

• A downloadable Awareness Kit with shareable resources to spread the message.

• Testimonial videos and quotes from real women explaining why they prioritize their annual screenings.

By blending creative visuals, interactive storytelling, and strategic engagement, Mammo Monster transformed a serious health message into something impossible to ignore, helping women confront their fears, take action, and prioritize their health.
