Zheng Ding Xinmao Mansion

" Inheriting the ancient city’s style and creating a livable mansion" served as the core principle guiding the design of Zhengding Xinmao Mansion from its inception. Based on the unique geographical and cultural characteristics of Zhengding Ancient City in Shijiazhuang, the design team integrated these elements into the project through adaptive design methods, transforming it into a carrier for preserving the ancient city’s cultural heritage.

The design team drew inspiration from the architectural elegance of China’s Tang and Song dynasties, reinterpreting their grand bracket sets and columns with modern techniques. This approach recreates the majestic aura of ancient Chinese cities, enhancing the project’s sense of value and sophistication. Traditional elements unique to classical architecture were incorporated as decorative motifs, complemented by a warm wooden color palette. This not only provides residents with a living experience rooted in Chinese classical aesthetics but also aligns with the functional demands of modern lifestyles.

Furthermore, the design team preserved the traditional layout of Chinese urban planning by adopting a central axis symmetry pattern. Combined with the "five courtyards" homecoming layout, this design allows residents to experience a seamless transition from "city to community, neighborhood spaces to family spaces," effectively distinguishing private and public areas.
