By integrating minimalist aesthetics with environmental consciousness, Yong Shang Chian Yue establishes a sustainable spatial design. Through meticulous attention to materials, proportions, and the interplay of light and shadow, it has emerged as a new landmark in Taichung’s Beitun District

This project offered excellent connectivity and comprehensive amenities. It is close to the MRT, Taiwan Railways, and major expressways, with various shopping centers in the area, ensuring a convenient lifestyle near a well-established commercial district.

The architectural design embraces AI smart home and eco-friendly green building principles, incorporating low-carbon materials and renewable energy to foster a harmonious balance between technology and nature. Standing

tall with 22 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, the structure is designed with strategic building setbacks and interconnected public spaces, enhancing walkability while optimizing natural light and ventilation.

The staggered configuration of the two towers enhances visual permeability, while the generous spacing between them increases residents' privacy and expands their panoramic views. The exterior features sleek, layered decorative panels and light-colored tiles, creating a dynamic rhythm that enriches the city skyline. At night, an elegant lighting scheme accentuates the building’s façade, ensuring its iconic presence.

A central atrium garden, complemented by tiered greenery, forms a lush, forest-like retreat. Water features and verdant landscaping provide residents with a serene and comfortable relaxation space.

Through a contemporary design language that resonates with its surroundings, Yong Shang Chian Yue cultivates a livable and sustainable urban environment, bringing to life a future vision of harmony between nature and modern living.
